I wanted to know how to build up my metabolism to see weight loss. However, some people argued including my doctor not to follow their eating fluctations to lose weight.
As of October 2017, I came across photocopies of this book and made me want to read it again. I finished in a sitting. Since I last did it, I was mixed and now lean. Unsure if I followed the regimen before but attended;this time willing to try it up to 42 days or up to 6 weeks. After 8 years or so, I seem to like it better this round and see where other diets got their ideas from as well. I hope things go well and pay attention how I feel.
