Inspiring book to bring along when doing a road trip. It offers extensive choices for your route. Though it was published in 1979, the book contains timeless, recommended road routes, not spoken on the internet. However, do check the revelant info against the internet as you will also discover what has changed over 40 years. An essential guidebook that covers useful route and history in itself. I'm glad to pick this book from a thrift store.

A surprisingly enjoyable reference for anyone interested in exploring Canada by road. It's packed with practical travel information, scenic routes, and interesting facts about communities across the country. While some details are naturally dated, it still captures the spirit of Canadian road trips and makes for a fun browse or trip-planning companion.
