خوندن کتاب در من کاملا مودیه....این چن وقته دنبال حس خوب بودن که یافیدم:))))و میریم ادامه موراکامی:))

gave me tools i'll use for the rest of my life. i'm very grateful for the "technique" she offers. the basic principle--- just simply assessing what you WANT and then painting a picture of it--- changed my world-veiw b/c i realized i didn't have to struggle so much with myself.

This is a great book, the author provides great tools and excersises to improve self awareness and power. Its a super quick read, very easy to follow and understand.
