Start your review of Flavours of Aleppo: Celebrating Syrian Cuisine
Reading the stories, looking at the pictures, and feasting on the recipes made me extremely sad that Aleppo has been destroyed by the fighting.
Not as good as others I have.
Goes beyond the typical hummus / baba ghanouj / kibbeh recipes typically found in middle eastern cookbooks. The dessert section was particularly interesting. Looking forward to giving this on a test drive.
