Helpful for understanding record-keeping expectations for a small business and provided lots of basic templates to start with. I built my small biz records binder using this book. Boring, but very little fluff to sort through.
Striking out on my own and forming a LLC, this is one of the books I've read. My buisiness is far less complex, so this book didn't help much. That is nothing against the book, just mine is a very simple buisness.
