While I can’t say this is book that you read but this is a worth having on your shelf. Especially if you are a fan of all things Film Noir. The Encyclopaedia will walk through the history of these great films and offer little tidbits. This is also a great point of reference for someone that wants to watch all the great Film Noir movies out there. The book is surprisingly up-to-date and is a must have for anyone that enjoys movies (especially Film Noir).

If you love Film Noir, this book is for you. Very comprehensive. The book goes back to the origins of film noir in Europe and moves forward into the 90s. To check out anything Film Noir, this book is a must have.
