Mukhtar, who has Big Ears مختار أبو دِنِين كبار
Muktar, narrates the story of a gifted boy Mukhtar, who was intelligent, active and a witty Oud player. Yet Mukhtar was always sad because of his large ears, which made him a laughingstock of the children of the neighborhood. None of Mukhtar’s attempts to cover his ears succeeds. It is much later when the village and its people know Mukhtar’s value, only then, the children stop bothering him.
قصة تحكي عن الطفل الموهوب مختار، والذي كان ذكياً ونشيطاً كما أنه عازف عود بارع، ورغم ذلك يبقى مختار حزيناً لأن أذنيه كبيرتان، وبالتالي فكثيراً ما كان يتعرض لمضايقات أولاد حارته، ورغم محاولاته لتغطيتة أذنية إلا أنه يفشل في ذلك، لكن القرية لاحقاً ستعرف قيمة مختار وأهميته وسوف لن يضايقه أحدٌ بعدها.
