Seeing God: Meet God in the Unexpected

Rate this book
David Roper is both a hardy outdoorsman and a gentle man with a heart attuned to the whispers of the Spirit. Strength in quiet confidence describes both the man and his message. These thoughtful selections from David's 10 most inspiring books focus on the pursuit of righteousness, faith, love, obedience, trust, and peace. David's underlying theme is always the Lord's sufficiency to help us live complete, confident, and holy lives in our own daily walk with Christ, with our families and church communities, and with nonbelievers in the wider neighborhood.

Great book, I enjoyed reading it. This book gives insight and a change of perspective in various topics regarding experiences in life. I recommend keeping a Bible and a dictionary near while reading. David Roper uses at least more than one scripture in each chapter; I like his use of biblical references.

Loved this book and all of David Roper's books I've read so far. If you're looking for words of encouragement from a pastor of pastors, this book is for you.
