Um... what can I say... I simply got BORED with this one.

The premise was very interesting - Reality TV scout Vivvy Marsh is sent into a middle of nowhere town to see if a show can be made about an plane hanger and it's sexy owner/pilot, Nate Harrington. They hit off nicely and settle on a 7 night "no feelings" attached just sex past 5pm for Vivvy's stay. However, Nate doesn't want to do the show that he is sure that will portray his family in a negative light. And it'

I received this book from a publicist in exchange of an honest review.

Actually 3 1/2 Stars.

Vivvy Marsh is a reality TV Scout with a job that she really loves on the line. When she is sent to Demo Kansas to scout the next big hit, she finds herself stuck in the middle of no where trying to convince a sexy pilot that the show would not be a bad idea for his business. Nate Harrington loves his families business, loves flying and loves the little company that his family built from ground up. When hi

I absolutely loved this charming little story. It didn't take me long to read at all AND discovered a new author to follow.

Nicole Helms writes a lovely story about an outspoken Vivvy Marsh and hunky Nate Harrington. Ms. Helms captivated me from the first chapter. The characters are believeable and I love all the banter between them.

I've never been a fan of reading about reality TV in a book but this one was an exception because I enjoyed it so much. I laughed numerous times throu

From the first page I was drawn right into the story of Vivvy and Nate in Seven-Night Stand. Ms. Helm has written a wonderful and believable romance that's fun to read and hard to put down.

I loved Vivvy, loved getting to know her and understanding her and Nate and seeing how they work together and fall for each other. And Nate is a wonderful make something of himself despite his family type man and I really like him. And I like his protective streak. He wants to protect his grandfather, the busi

This turned out to be a really sweet and cute story.

Vivvy Marsh is stuck in Demo, Kansas to scout the Harrington family hangar. She's pitched a reality show to her bosses that would feature the Harrington family based on a phone call from Jed Harrington. What she didn't expect was Nate.

Nate Harrington has taken over the family business. His twin brother moved to Kansas City to become a lawyer, Millard, his grandfather isn't well enough to be a part of the company he built from the ground up and

I received this book for review. I enjoyed it to some extent. I find it really hard to connect with books like this and I always end up only giving them three stars.

As a story goes it was just ok for me. I didn't quite get the full concept of the reality show or why it was really being considered as a story, it just felt a little unrealistic to me. However the characters I did like. Vivvy was a strong woman who knew what she wanted out of the visit to Harringtons and she wasn't leaving without

Vivvy and Nate are attracted to each other right away and since both of them know what they want, they decide to go for it. Neither is looking for any kind of attachment. Then they extend their one-night stand for the week she is going to be around. But even that is not enough. They live separate lives in different states and she is trying to get him to do a show he doesn't want to do, all of which are reasons being together is impossible. This is a fun, fairly light romance. Sweet with some ste ...more

Vivvy Marsh knows she doesn’t stick. That is why she hasn’t ever found herself in a meaningful relationship and loves traveling for her job. Vivvy’s backstory is well written, and it becomes obvious throughout Seven-Night Stand why the “stick factor” is hard for her to come by. But that doesn’t stop her from trying to find a new reality TV show that WILL stick!

Enter Nate Harrington, a man committed to making his grandfather’s family business and his love for

The premise of this story is quite fun and when I read the blurb, I thought it sounded interesting - reality TV, crazy family with secrets, hot pilot. While I enjoyed parts of this book, there were some bits of Seven-Night Stand that got to me a bit.

The instant attraction worked for me. Neither Vivvy or Nate is looking for a permanent thing, or initially any more than a once-off, so in that way it worked. There w

Vivvy needs to make this show a reality, so she is determined to do her best to make it so. She, however, was not expecting to find Nate Harrington fighting her every step of the way. Although the handsome pilot proves makes her body go all tingly inside, she has her mind set in making this work.

Nate is juggling his family's business, his father's irresponsibility, his grandfather's illness and his mother's outbursts. He doesn't have time to deal with a sexy, business woman. If he lets

I totally love this book. It was so simple and so beautiful and it was easy to read. This life, the love, are so complicated and in every love story must be something or someone who will ruin it. I've never read a book like this before, I mean, until now I read only books in which the two lovers aren't together at first and in one way, they do so many crap. In this book from the first chapters Vivvy and Nate were together, I mean together in bed. Something like "Friends with Benefits" :) I loved ...more

Seven Night Stand is a fun and entertaining love story. Nicole Helm does a terrific job of crafting a thoroughly enjoyable sexy story that is well-written, engaging, and romantic. The chemistry is hot, the sex scenes passionate, and the story line flows.

The characters are likeable and believable. The heroine, Vivvy, a vivacious, sexy production scout, who loves city life and traveling, pits her ambition against a drop dead gorgeous pilot, Nate, who loves his small-town life and has no desire to

A sweet, spicy, enjoyable story! I liked the characters, the chemistry, and the writing style.

Vivvy Marsh has gone to Kansas to scout what Harrington Airfield and Mechanics might look like in a reality TV show. She NEEDS this to pan out to save her job. She feels like she is emotionally detached from relationships in general, and the only thing she is really suited to is work. No romantic entanglements for her.

Then she meets Nate Harrington. *Cue music for lust at first sight* Vivvy has seven da

This is a well written, well edited book with good character development and background story.

It is a romance between two people that were raised in dysfunctional families. The Hero comes from an emotional, argumentative family, while the heroine was raised with cold, distant parents. She works for a TV production company, arrives at his business in Kansas and tries to convince him to allow his family to be filmed for a reality show.

This was a cute, quick read.

Livvy is a location scout for a reality show production team. She travels to Demo, Kansas thinking that the Harrington family hangar just might be her next reality locale. Instead of finding a willing participant in Nate Harrington, she finds a man just trying to keep his business and family together.

Livvy and Nate are immediately attracted to one another, and realizing Livvy is headed back to LA in seven days, they decide to make the most of their time together - hen

I enjoyed this charming contemporary romance between Vivvy and Nate. The unlikely chemistry between the tenacious and ambitious production scout and the gorgeous and sweet country boy was wonderful. Their intimate evenings were steamy without going too far, making it all the more fun to let your imagination run wild.

The author did a great job of keeping the story light, focusing on the romance and not getting bogged down in dramatic back-stories about the characters. The romance is cute, leaving

Seven-Night Stand is one of those cute, fluffy romances that are quick, easy, fun reads. Overall it’s entertaining, but it doesn’t elicit some of the deeper feelings that the best in the romance department do. There isn’t a whole lot of angst in this book and the issues that the couple has to overcome aren’t that huge or difficult to get around. Vivvy and Nate were definitely hot together and had some serious chemistry, but to me there wasn’t ever a question about whether they were going to get ...more

Seven-Night Stand is a super cute romance between two dedicated and spunky characters.

I love the role of family in Seven-Night Stand - it is really nice to see a book where family is still the center and very much important. Seven-Night Stand also has a bit of a different setting than most romances, which was refreshing.

Both Vivvy and Nate were great together - the sparks just fly off the page and they both are so dedicated to what they do.

Definitely a great read from Nicole Helm - I didn't want

Seven Night Stands had some hilarious moments, some scorching moments (one storage closet scene that was yummy) and some emotional moments. Neither the hero nor the heroine wanted to commit. The heroine didn’t think she could “stick” to any relationship or town. The hero never had anyone “stick” to him. They just figured it would be seven nights of fun and hot and sweaty. Boy were they wrong. Read my full review here:

Mmm, me want some Nate. End of story.

Actually, that's not true. Vivvy is a hilarious name. When Nate described it as "sexy," I was like WHAT? It sounds like a girl on Toddlers & Tiaras. Bad name choice for a main character.

And isn't Vivvy supposed to be brunette? Why is the girl on the cover blonde? Sidenote: me likey the cover, minus the hair color discrepancy.

This cute, flirty book will be a great weekend read. The plot develops well, and the characters have depth. This well written, sassy romance is sure to be a fan favorite. This novel deserves all of the 3 starts I am giving it.

Cute -- not a lot of outside angst, and just the right amount of heat. Wish the cover featured a brunette like the heroine though (but that never counts against the rating).
