Listen Up, Pup is lovely tale of jealousy turned into friendship. Toby the family dog is quite emotional when the family gets a new puppy. This book is great for children who may be dealing with the birth of a new sibling. It can be used to teach them plus one can be a beautiful thing. The book is also accompanied by discussion points at the end. Children through Kindergarten will love the pictures and colors as well.

3.75 Stars This is a cute little book about dogs...or it can be used to explain getting along with a new baby.

This was a 3.5 stars but what bumped it up a bit was the duck chasing page. GREAT ART WORK! Fun!!

Worth reading especially if you are a dog lover!
