Such a wonderful book to read for Lent. It was so moving and made you feel you were part of the Holy week events. Each chapter follows a person that was actually there at the scene of Jesus' betrayal and of his brutal nailing to the cross. From their perspective, it tells of the Holy week story. Beautiful and thought provoking reflections.

My other Lenten reading choice. I have read this at Lent before and really enjoyed it.
