I was a Goodreads winner of this amazing little book. It is basically a guide to Chia seeds--their nutritional and health benefits as well as recipes. The recipes are basically short, easy to follow and include the benefits you may receive from the other ingredients. I do not like Chia seeds in liquid but I am fine with them sprinkled into/on top of things. I am looking forward to sharing these with my Chia loving brother.
