5 Enchantment. Beauty. In its rawest, purest, most dangerous form. stars

Twenty-Two Years Post-Apocalypse and Dawn, the Daughter of Eve, born of a prophecy to save humanity, is the leader of the Resistance. Raised a soldier, under the over protectiveness and love of her Guardian Fathers, she has known nothing but violence. But the truth of her reality brings her no closer to fulfilling the prophecy... after all what is a human nineteen year old girl capable of, especially against an army of hybrids set out to kill her.

A careless mistake leaves her trapped in a cell with Salem, "A dark angel, made of brawn and nocturnal beauty." Her reaction to him is almost instantaneous, it isn't because he is the most handsomest deadliest man she's come across, it's because he looks at her as if he would starve without her. Not giving two fucks who her fathers are.
“Has your cunt ever been this close to surrender?” He ground his cock against me.

“This isn’t surrender, baby...It’s resistance.”

“Ah, yes. Dawn of Eve, leader of the Resistance...You’ve been resisting your entire life. Waiting. For me.”

Time is lost, and nothing else matters but walls that are crumbling down. Who would have ever thought that the man who would soon master her body be the same man who would turn her world upside down.
“Your eyes are addictive.” His voice whispered through me, licking my nerve endings. “Sometimes I see sparks of emerald, but the gold dominates, the color so blinding and painful it’s like staring into a lost sunrise after twenty years of darkness.”

Trapped in an eternal darkness, Salem is just as lost as he is found. Strong emotions threaten to take over, bewitching him and his plan, but for him, Dawn is worth every risk and every breath. The secrets he holds have the power to tear them apart...but damn him if he would ever let her go.

Dawn of Eve was the icing to the cake, a dark gritty erotic tale to wrap up an amazing series. After Blood of Eve I had no clue where Dawn's story would lead and like Dawn to her mother, this book had some BIG shoes to fill. But leave it to the wicked mind of Pam Godwin to deliver something so profound that it burrows deep in your mind and plays with every emotion you have. I laughed, loved and cried, felt my heart soar, and cradled it when it broke.

Dawn and Salem were two strong leads, that stood their ground and made their mark. To say I loved their story and the conclusion to the trilogy wouldn't really do it any justice, honestly there are no words to describe what I feel. It is so much and everything in between. It's something I hope you get too experience for your self. I can't say much without giving anything away, but this is one for my unforgettables shelf. Such a bittersweet ending, a series I will truly miss. Highly recommended for sure!

So this one was slightly bittersweet after the finish of the previous book.
But I needed this to help heal my broken heart.
So this story takes place roughly 20 years later and Dawn the daughter of Eve is now full-grown and the leader of the human resistance.

After a mission in Canada Dawn finds herself a prisoner of some unknown element locked in a concrete box with a fanged stranger.

Her new cellmate is Salem son of Elaine and though he has fangs he’s not technically a hybrid but instead due to his mother’s genetics he’s like Dawn’s fathers Jessie, Rourke and Michio.

So initially I really liked Salem a lot.
He’s hot, dominant and knows exactly what he wants.
He and Dawn were always on the cards and their connection upon meeting here is almost instantaneous, So much so he’s determined to keep her.

But this story is far from straight forward and there are plenty of secrets, heartache, and betrayal on the horizon.
And there were seriously times here when I wanted to completely annihilate Salem for his omissions and silence.
In particular one incident, that man left me so pissed at him.
Like lividly angry chuck my kindle across the room want to lop it off pissed.

This one for me I thought read more like a romance than previous books in the series.
That’s not a criticism only an observation.
This managed to wrap the series up nicely answering questions and giving some final closure.

So yeh I did enjoy this one a lot and it thankfully managed to heal some of the hurt left behind previously.
This series has been one heck of a ride and though it has not always been easy I’m glad I get to leave thing’s on a good note with a smile on my face and some happy thoughts.

Ever read a story where it has a certain trigger but the emotions of both characters are so blazing and heartfelt that you just can't stop reading? Well this one def was one of them and even though Salem did such a stupid thing I still couldn't help loving him because his love for Dawn was so obvious and real. Would have been a 4* def if not for the cheating.

This series by Pam Godwin has absolutely blown me away. I am a romance reader so I wasn’t sure these books would be for me, but I had read and loved all of Pam’s other books so I decided to give this series a try when she recommended I try it. What happened, well I became addicted. I couldn’t wait for the next installment and with every book fell more in love with this series. For all my romance reading friends, it has TONS of romance and LOTS of heat!

This final installment was just as phenomenal as the rest of the series and even made me sad to see the series ending. I have fallen so hard in love with these guys and wasn’t ready to let this post-apocalyptic world go. This series has to be read in order or you will miss so much, so I will try to leave out any huge spoilers here.

The story picks up 21 years later and Eve’s daughter Dawn is 20 years old. For years she has been leading the resistance and fighting for mankind. When we catch up with her again she is in the midst of saving women in Canada. She quickly realizes a trap and executes a plan to save the women, the key to mankind's survival. However, in doing so she ends up trapped herself. That’s where she meets Salem.

Salem isn’t like anyone Dawn has ever met and she has an intense attraction to him. The story really takes off from there and like the rest of the series takes you on a sexy, emotional, suspenseful ride where you can’t wait to see what’s coming next.

This series has been amazing. I have laughed, cried and been blown away with how sexy this series is. I never expected to love this series so much, because it is so out of my realm of what I typically read, but it was everything I love about books. It’s addicting, unpredictable, and made me feel so much. With every book, I have been so excited to see what would come next. Pam has blown me away with this series and I wish all my friends would dive in!

5 Phenomenal Stars!

If I could give ten stars, I would, a five star rating doesn't deem appropriate for this masterpiece. A buffet of all things deliciously dark and naughty. I loved this book doesn't seem right. All the words and yet none of them seem good enough for this review.

This book. This series has pierced my dark heart and attached to my soul. All my buttons have been pushed. My heart has been chewed up and spat out, it's been shredded and then slowly pieced back together again. After reading the second book, there was a gaping hole in my chest. How will this unforgettable series end? How do I go on after reading these spectacular words. I formed a bond with these characters, Darwin the dog included. This new, devastating world has been vividly written, brought to life, how was I to let go? I'm afraid of giving spoilers, so I have to be vague in this review, it's hard because I have so much to say.

I had no idea how I would feel going into the third book, it was like taking a breath and not letting go. My chest squeezed with angst. Dawn of Eve, the cure for mankind. A huge burden for one girl. The world plagued with brain wash and fangs. How can one girl save the world from this menacing destruction? Each book contained eroticism, but I think this one almost topped the second book. Dawn of Eve is held captive with a man that has defied the laws of logic. Captured. But entrapped my his heat and humor.

"He looked at me as if he didn’t just know who I was but knew my very soul and intended to shred it on a level I didn’t even know existed."

The world is in the hands of one girl and she's falling desperately in love with a man that could possibly be her destruction. I held my kindle in a death grip. I wanted to jump up and run. Their connection was electricity, a fire that no amount of water could tame. The tension between these two took my air. The world fell away. A deliciously dangerous connection.

"Behold the incarnation of danger in all its infernal glory, a predator on the cusp of breaking his tenuous leash, his focus centered on his fluttery-hearted prey."

I'll just keep going if I don't stop myself. This series couldn't have ended any better. The last 15% squeezed my chest. I was angry, sad, hurt, I had already cried for different reasons, but I didn't think I was ready for what was going to happen. A twisted, epic end. The road was filled with heart-breaking moments. Dark humor. A soul-crushing, spiritual journey. Every emotion was brought out by this book/series. There's not enough words to express my love. These characters will live on in my heart.

“Love isn’t just vital. It’s what vital means.”

Who would have thought that I would ever love a dystopian erotic dark paranormal story? I for sure did not think that I would love the Trilogy of Eve as much as I did but Pam Godwin is an evil genius I tell you. She has this gift and ability to transport readers in a whole new world where you are bombarded with so much action, chaos, power, and struggle in a post- apocalyptic setting.

I cried, laughed and had my heart tugged on many different emotional aspects. Pam Godwin created a story that had characters that consumed you and let me just say that I loved Dawn as traces of Eve can be felt in her. Since this book can’t be read as a standalone, I don’t want to spoil the story since this series is utterly addicting as Dawn races to save mankind.

teaser3

Needless to say, this trilogy is unforgettable as it was like watching a movie play right before your eyes. Godwin’s words are like magic. As a reader you can’t help but be amazed and be in awe of her writing, characters and what awaits for Dawn. All there is left to say, this trilogy is the best dystonian book that I have read so far.

Ugh, why did Salem had to go there with the cheating? Christ, it just the ruined the book and the whole series for me. So unnecessary and like Dawn I was totally blindsided. And the reason behind it was so flimsy! Salem was in denial about his feelings for Dawn. And wanted to prove otherwise. And so he did. Or tried. He didn't finish as he couldn't perform. Still doesn't change the fact that he went there. And was in the Ow. Now their whole journey and romance was just pointless. I can't get over it.

Still think this author is an incredible writer and great storyteller. An apocalyptic read is not my norm so I am impressed with the world she created. Just felt disappointed that this was epic love match Dawn was given.

Wow, I am blown away! Dawn of Eve was spellbinding. I started this book and immediately fell into this exciting world of danger and enticement. This is one of those stories that you get so caught up in that you devour the pages all the while wishing the end would never come. Dawn of Eve is my favorite book in this unforgettable trilogy. This was the perfect ending to this compelling story. I seriously couldn’t ask for more. Pam Godwin has created a truly unique world with fascinating characters that won’t soon be forgotten. This author has a way of telling a story that makes you forget you’re reading a book, she creates a full color movie in your mind’s eye. This is a world that will stay with me. These are characters that now have a permeant place in my heart. I can’t recommend this book highly enough. Read, feel, experience this captivating story!

Dawn of Eve by Pam Godwin
Dawn & Salem
WHAT A PERFECT ENDING
5 Stars

I have been following this trilogy since 2012. I have to admit that I was skeptical at first because I never read any books in this genre… but jaysus croist this trilogy is fanfuckingtastic. Those peeps out there that balk at dystopian or post- apocalyptic stuff, open your eyes… this isn’t all about fantasy, weird shit, or even scary stuff. It’s about love, family, and doing what’s right for humanity. The entire trilogy as a whole is over 1500+ pages long and well worth it’s weight in gold! This trilogy of heros, heroines, death, and redemption will keep you on the edge of your seat for more hours than you can count. You won’t be disappointed with any of it… well, there will be a few parts that’ll rip your still beating heart outta your chest, but other than that…

Dawn is the daughter of Eve from the beginning of this trilogy and she’s nothing short of magnificent. She’s a fighter just like her mother, but seeking her purpose in this whole conundrum. She’s fearless, she’s smart, and she’s loved and hated by many. She’s persistent in her pursuit to find out what the prophecy really means for her. What is it that makes her special? What was she born to do? Through her journeys, experiences, and defeats she’ll take you on one wild and even comical ride.

Salem is anything but dull. This man or whatever he is, well, he’s just so damn intriguing to say the least. I knew right away that things aren’t always what they seem with him. I knew he had an ulterior motive where Dawn was concerned, but I never imagined it went as deep as it actually did. He’s cunning, he’s wild, and he’s all in when it comes to Dawn. His reasons are questionable at times and drove me a little batshit crazy, but I still love that bastard!

The supporting character cast isn’t too large, but important none-the-less. Dawn’s three daddios are Jesse, Michio, and Roarke auoy! These men have been my salvation through this entire trilogy. They are fierce in their protection of Dawn, they love with everything they have, and they’re some of the best characters you’ll ever read. Erebus is Salem’s right hand man and bares mentioning in my book since he was loyal, protective, and strangely compassionate, he left a mark on my heart. This story wouldn’t be what it is without these peeps.

This story is witty, tragic, and unexpected. My face lit up with the biggest damn smile when I finished it. Every word I read was so gripping and so powerful that I could not put it down. The tension is immediate and stays on course through to the end. This world Pam created and embellished upon is one of turmoil, dismay, and uncertainty and I wouldn’t have it any other way. This trilogy broke new ground combining so many genres… romance, paranormal, suspense, sci-fi, dystopian, and post-apocalyptic. There’s something for everybody here… what are you waiting for, dive into Dead of Eve NOW and don’t look back or come up for air till you’ve finished it all. I loved it and I love Pam and her beautiful fucked up words! Thank God she stays up all hours of the day and night drinking java and loading up on nicotine to bring us the most captivating stories. One of the best alpha hero/strong heroine combination I've read in a long time.
Devastation faced by the heroine when the hero cheats was perfectly portrayed. I will be rereading this angsty scene over and over again in the years to come.

Dawn of Eve is the last of a trilogy but I read this beauty as a standalone(the first two features the h's mom).

Not really sure what to make of this book. It had a whole lot of set up and a whole lot of nothing happened... and when it did happen... it just, did. No real explanations and no searching for explanations. And it made zero sense. (probably why there was no search for answers... there weren't any. Just take it at face value. The world is saved. Woo!... ?)

An ARC was provided in exchange for an honest review.

This book is the conclusion to the Trilogy of Eve. Dawn, daughter of Eve is searching the Yukon of Canada to destroy the last breeding ground of the monstrous hybrids. She discovers a mansion fortress in the middle of nowhere. She becomes trapped with a man of unearthly beauty who could be her demise or man's salvation.

OMG! Holy Hotness! This will probably the best book I read in 2017.
Dawn of Eve has it all. It's dystopian, post apocalyptic, metaphysical, erotic sci-fi with horror, monsters, hot alpha men, a very sexy hero, romance, and a HEA to die for. Each scene is carefully described, the characters are three dimensional, you feel their pain, angst, lust and love. The story is told from Dawn's POV. The heat level is intense. I didn't want this story to end. I just couldn't put it down. (This book was shorter than the first two. I think it will be close to 300 pages in print.) I LOVED this entire trilogy. In this series the women are strong and intelligent, their men are alpha to the core and they respect their women.
Pam Godwin should be listed along with the likes of George R.R. Martin, Anne Rice, J.R. Ward and Stephen King. Her writing is stellar. The editing and story consistency are perfect. She doesn't add text to pad out the volume so that she can stretch her books out into a series. She doesn't use repetitive descriptions of characters' mannerism. She doesn't use clinical or "clean" words to describe a sex scene. I highly recommend this book to anyone who likes a mix of genres like I listed above.

Excuse me while I collect my thoughts...and dry my tears.

Perfect ending...more to come shortly.

**FULL REVIEW**

"You've never seen the sun." My heart ached. His eyes opened and roamed over my hair. "I imagine it looks a lot like this." Lifting a fiery lock he tenderly stroked the strands. "And this." He traced a finger around one of my eyes and lingered on the outer corner. "My Dawn. Your eyes are addictive...so blinding and painful it's like staring into a lost sunrise after twenty years of darkness."

Reading this last installment of the Trilogy of Eve I truly felt...I don't know what I felt. My heart ached for the girl who held a heavy weight upon her shoulders. It raced for the boy she fell in love with. It broke for the hard decisions she had to make in order to fulfill the destiny she was born to fill...such a wide spectrum of emotions as I read this book.

I thought the fight was over, that wars waged would have fixed the problem, but no. Evolution is a tricky thing...each generation stronger than the one before. And with each sunrise, Dawn is forced to fight. Fight for her species, for her gender, for her race, her life. It's not until she follows her heart that she truly realizes what she was always fighting for...and when the light in her goes out, she figures out how to fulfill the prophecy and literally save the world.

"What happens to a woman when she kills the one who holds her heart?" "She saves mankind." "And destroys herself."

What a FABULOUS ending to an amazing, crazy post-apocalyptic world Godwin has created! I was so engrossed in this story, one I was reluctant to read, that when it was over, I wept. I wept! The kaleidoscope of emotions I experienced, the thoughts evoked even when I wasn't reading...the hangover! Oh, I can't stop thinking about all the what-ifs, but in the end, good wins. Good always wins. And I loved every twisted, scary, heart-pounding moment.

Action! Adventure! Dystopia at it’s best! Love! Drama! And even angst! This series has it all.

I met Pam Godwin during the creation of Dead of Eve and have followed this story through the entire trilogy. I absolutely love this series and for those who want to read something out of the box, which is very much within the box too, this is your read. Dawn of Eve is the final book in the Eve trilogy. I never thought I would recover from the ending of book two, but I didn’t have to worry about figuring that out. Pam drops you right back into the action, pulse pounding, heart thumping, and even breaking from the very first page.

Dawn has been raised by her three fathers. She’s a firecracker, which should be expected from the child prophesized to save the world. Survival skills from her father Jesse. An analytic mind from Michio’s scientific knowledge. A heart of gold from the biblical teaching of her father Roark. Each of these traits are bound together by her mother’s bravery and legacy.

I had the privilege of critiquing this novel, and chapter by chapter, Pam sliced, shredded, and knitted my heart together. Over and over again, and I loved every agonizing and brilliant tortuous step. I loved Salem. I hated him. I despised everything about him. I wrote to Pam concerned about how Salem could ever be redeemed in my eyes. And then, something amazing happened. I fell in love with Salem and his dedication to Dawn all over again. Brilliant I say!

This book will hook you. It will grab a hold of you and stay with you forever. I can’t recommend this trilogy enough.

I have to admit I was skeptical. I was devastated at the end of Blood of Eve and I had no idea where Godwin was going to go from there. I mean where could she go?! But this ended up being the best of the series and a finale done fucking right. Well done, Pam. Seriously.

I'm so hesitant to say more because discussing the plot would be revealing what happened in book two. But I will say if you love paranormal, dystopian/post-apocalyptic, erotica, originality, badass heroines, m/m/m/f, and Godwin's writing in general then what are you waiting for? The series is complete. Get reading.

The conclusion of this amazing series blew me away.
The characters are well developed and I loved them. During the first couple books I was madly in love with Jesse, but now, I have to say, I'm #teamsalem
The details to the scenery, the situations were fantastic. The story flowed and pulled all together and I didn't want it to end.
I applaud the author for this amazing series. I highly recommend it to everyone.

6 *Dawn and Dusk* Stars

Astounding. Incredible. Stunning. Bewildering. Stupendous. Breathtaking. Phenomenal.

I'm going to run out of words describing this book and that still won't be enough.

"I never thought I'd live to see the dawn. Absolutely breathtaking." My heart skipped. This man and his words.

My thoughts exactly!! This man and his freaking words! He had me fallen for him in no time. A stunning epic conclusion of Trilogy of Eve , Dawn of Eve would rob you blind of your heart and deaf out of your mind! A sensation ending to a sensational trilogy.

"Our love is stubborn and messy."
"It's trial and error."
"And forgiveness and acceptance."
"Command and conquer."
"Dusk and dawn."

A perfect balance of light and dark, good and evil, love and forgiveness...this third and final installment is breathtaking and heart-shattering just like Dawn and Salem.

Dawn, the prophesized daughter of Eve, is just as fierce, feral and fearless like her mother. Grown up and parented by three stunning men Jesse, Roark and Michio - she is a perfect combo of faith, intelligence and instincts. She was nothing I expected but much, much, much, more better than that.

We have all seen how remarkable, resilient and robust Evie was. The ending of the second book Blood Of Eve had left us all in tears and heartbreaks and a lot of cursings to the author on how mean she can be! But we are forgetting something vital here. The mantra to read this story, the mantra that kept them all alive to serve their purpose.

Stay Alive. Seek Truth. Don't Look Back.

So instead of brewing about the ending of the second book, go out with a fresh heart to read the third one. Trust me, you won't regret picking this one up.

"I want you to see the sunrise." "I see it, and she's never been more beautiful."

Dawn was a compassionate, committed and confident personality. Besides gaining her strength and effective hunting skills from her mother and fathers, she also had a fragile trusting nature of her own which at first proved to be her weakness but ultimately became her biggest strength.

Salem was the HEART of the story. His enticing, enchanting and entranced personality stole all the intense moments of the story under his credits. He was a beautiful broken and lost soul who blossomed as fell more and more for Dawn.

His love was coarse and twisted, dark and reluctant, but it was real.

Make no assumptions that their love story was easy and all hearts and flowers. It was one of the most struggling, painful love stories I've ever read. Forgiveness did not come easily. Neither did trust or acceptance. There were lies and deceits and betrayals.

But their love was strong enough to conquer it all, the whole world. Literally.

And that was the best part, the message that came with this story. If you believe in love and let your heart fully open - you can conquer it all!

10++ *It Couldn't Have Ended Better* Stars

I will first admit that I'm devastated that this is the final book. This trilogy was so powerful and intense that I hoped it would just continue on forever...but all good things must come to an end, right?! But on the other hand, I couldn't have asked for a better conclusion.

If you're reading this review, I hope that you've read the first two books already (or at least something by Pam Godwin). Then you'll understand when I say that as a reader, I have a love/hate relationship with Mrs. Godwin. As a friend, I love her punishingly. But she seriously wreaks havoc on my emotions. One moment you see light at the end of a tunnel and you're full of hope and dreams. Next, you've taken a horrible turn and the events unfolding in front of your eyes are enough to paralyze your logical thinking. Just remember, anything is possible with Pam Godwin...don't always assume everyone is safe, because she can be a cold hearted bitch (I say that with love, of course).

Dawn is a new character but from the start of the book you're thrown into her life. There's no ease, no lube, no gentle introduction, you're thrust into the world of the hybrids and the fight to end all of the Drone's creations. What I absolutely love about this whole series (especially this book) is that you're on this journey with the characters. You're blind to solutions, the right decisions, and who to trust or who to eliminate. So as the characters make life altering decisions, you're on the edge of your seat not knowing if its the right choice or if they just royally screwed up. So take that thrill and add it with the elements of a forbidden romance and you have the perfect ingredients for this Post-Apocalypse, Thrilling, Romance.

The only thing I really missed is Roark, Jesse, and Michio. Although they make several appearances in the story, I was really looking forward to more of their personal interactions. But understandably this book is about Dawn, the leader of the Resistance. And honestly, the chemistry between Dawn & Salem was enough to satisfy my lust.

Bravo to Mrs. Godwin on this beautiful masterpiece. I know that this story has been brewing for years and I'm so proud that it's finally all out there for others to enjoy. I've fallen in love with, not only your brilliant mind, but the characters you create and their journey. Eve, Roark, Jesse, Michio, Dawn, and Salem will forever stay with me and live on in the background of my mind.

"Stay alive. Seek truth. Don't look back."

Dawn the hope of humanity, the proof of a prophecy that has given the survivors a reason to battle on, unity and hope. The leader of the resistance fighting against the spider hybrids the Drone unleashed in his master plan to create a supreme race, Dawn is lost in her need to fulfill her purpose. Hailed as a saviour she risks herself every day to try to find the key to saving the world. Having been raised by her three fathers, trained to be a killing machine, she knows she is destined for something more. Salem, the son of Elaine, is something all together unique. Setting his set on humanity's saviour he wants what no one else has had. Unleashing her sexual desire is a catalyst for the beginning of the end as Dawn starts to evolve. Can she listen to her gut, save mankind and find her happily ever after or is there only sacrifice and death in her future?

This third installment in a post apocalyptic world filled with threats and hardship is a gripping finale. The child of the prophecy is resoundingly human and totally not what anyone expected. Beautiful and strong, she is her mother's daughter yet has not been honed in the fires of loss and brutality so is missing her direction. Until she meets her match in Salem. He unravels the mysteries and put her on the path of self discovery. I hated him. I could not empathise him. He was brutal and cold, the lies and the cheating did not sit well yet Dawn's love for him included forgiveness. A product of madness, with a childhood of suffering Salem is not as heart grippingly awesome as Dawns three fathers, he is darker and more callous. Yet he is at the heart of humanity's resurrection so I may like him just a little. Dawn is a scared little girl with big shoes to fill and I ached for her, her shoulders literally bearing the weight of the world. So much expectation, and pressure in a world that is bleak. The Trilogy of Eve was a surprise find that I am so pleased to have read. It captured my curiosity and I fell in love with the characters; their strengths and weaknesses, their humanity and flaws. I cried ugly at the losses feeling them deeply and smiled every time they won a battle in the war the seemed never ending. This story is one to be read and enjoyed countless times as the meaning and imagery is rich and a balm for a weary reader. I loved it.

A five star keep the faith, follow your gut read.

10+++ STARS!!!

Wow, what an amazing way to end this trilogy. I am in constant awe of Pam Godwin's talent as a writer. Her imagination is a thing to be admired and feared. The characters she creates attach themselves to your heart. Their stories are hard to let go and forget. They burrow deep inside your soul, making themselves right at home. And if you could, you'd want to reach into the book and pull them out into your world... To be their best friend, confidant and lover. Not only is the whole Eve trilogy filled with characters you fall in love with, but it also has a storyline that is absolutely mind blowing and one helluva rollercoaster ride. I don't normally read dystopia or post-apocalyptic books. But when a friend recommended Dead of Eve (book one) I was hooked! This story has opened my eyes up to a whole new genre and has shown what a versitile author Ms. Godwin is... be it romance, dark romance, BDSM or dystopia... she can write them all. If you can't find a book of hers that you just absolutely love, well then there is just no pleasing you.

This book, and trilogy, has it all... Romance, excitement, drama, angst, mystery and suspense. It grips you from the first page to the last. And when you're done reading that last page you are just left in awe.

I'm not going to get into what the story is about. That's what the blurb is for. What I will say is, if you love a strong badass female lead, a sexy alpha hero that loves her with his whole being, and a story that is not predictable and keeps you on your toes, then you're gonna love Dawn of Eve... and the entire trilogy.

Once again Ms. Godwin I tip my hat to you for another brilliant story. Bravo my dear... Bravo!

Generally I hate series that go on with kids from the books from before now all grown up and having sex. I can't read it. How can a writer do that? I don't wanna know the sex life of a baby!
But this one is different, I needed to know the end of the story, how the prophecy would work out, and we didn't see in the previous book too much of how Dawn was as a kid, there were no cute lines, nothing to connect to her as a kid, so I decided to give it a go.
And I didn't like how simple everything was solved, and then the war was over, it seemed to me like the author was lacking of idea.
Also I don't like how the great warriors Roark, Jesse and Michio became stupid with old age. Why was a 19 yo leading the army? Just becaust she is the prophesied child? Come on! And when she went home with Salem, why didn't they send someone following?
But I liked Salem, what can I say? I'm a sucker for bad guys. Especially those that don't know they're bad, that was just his normal, he never had a mother's love, bla bla bla, yeah, count me in, lol.
In real life, I would throw that motherfucker in jail and never look back. But these stupid books girls forgive rape, cheating, and every character says to them "you are so brave", when she didn't do anything.
Anyway I read these kind of books because if I read the news I'm goind to explode.

This was so amazing. I have read and loved all of Pam Godwin's books and this is one of the best series EVER! This book has it all. Drama, action, love, and a wee bit of angst.

Dawn is the daughter of Eve and after the last book I had no idea how Pam would finish this story. But she finished it brilliantly. Dawn along with her fathers is still fighting the hybrids. That is until she finds herself locked in a cell with Salem. The most gorgeous man she has ever met. But Salem has tons of secrets and this is where the story really takes off.

Omg I did not want this to end. Shear perfect story telling. The drama, love and angst are perfect and how this story wraps will surely put a huge smile on your face. 5+++
