I enjoyed Greeks To Geeks a lot. It does exactly what it sets out to do, that is give a concise and easy to follow introduction to the practical aspects of Stoic philosophy and how to apply it to your life.

The ideas and exercises are fun and easy to apply to daily life, and they do make a difference which is cool.
Certain things have been made easier just by changing my way of thinking about them.

I'd recommend the book to anyone looking for easy to follow, practical self help tools for stress red
