Okay, WOW!!!
I really really enjoyed this novel, more than I thought I would!
This book's concept is a great mix of paranormal and romance and was a well-written story with many twists and turns that left me guessing until the end. It raises above all vampire/angel stereotype. The author wrote in an effortless manner, which allowed events in the novel unfold by themselves.
I enjoyed reading the POVs of Grace, Josh, Seth, and Archer; it will keep you enraptured as the pages turn. Each chapter follo

Fall For Me was such an exciting read! I mean, angels, and demons? Ahhh!! So many shocking twists! I’m seriously in love with this book! I can’t read the second book in the series fast enough!

I was a fan of vampire stories, but after the Twilight hit, there seems to be a lot of novels created echoing the same plot. Thus, I did not read much vampire stories after that. Instead, I found out another paranormal creature to love – angels. Now, for this book the author mixed two of my favorite paranormal beings in her story. I admit that at first, I was afraid that it would be like those other vampire stories which are filled with blood and violence, but boy, was I wrong.

Favourite Line I really wanted to believe him, but somehow I wasn't completely convinced.

I'm still reeling from this book. It was an amazing heartbreaking story that had my crying like a big baby. I LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF IT! Just whoa!
Grace is a protection angel who's job is to protect the Tate family line. She has always followed the councils orders but, that started to change when she met Josh. She gets all girly when he is around. Then Charlotte comes into the picture and she's a Vampire but

Fall For Me is the entertaining and fast-paced first installment in The Tate Chronicles series. I had a lot of fun reading it and I was able to finish it in one sitting.

First, we have a confusing prologue about winged-beings and what seems to be a painful separation. It doesn't make much sense when you first read it but then as the story progress you'll understand it all.

In the chapters we get two point of views. The first one is Grace's. She's a seventeen-year-old Guardian Angel whose purpose i

Wow, I just loved this book, It really hooked my in. I got very attached to some of the characters too. I felt for Grace a lot, she was in a difficult situation for sure. I had to get used to the back and forth from point of views, from Grace and from Josh. But I have to say, I didn’t really care for the immaturity if Josh, but I loved Seth. I know he comes off as the bad boy, but I seen past

I was given this book in exchange for an honest review.

For these two angels, love is forbidden.
But he has chosen to make the ultimate sacrifice for his angel. His best friend who he loved but could not stand to have just out of reach. He said the words to denounce his title and fell. She was left bewildered and alone

Okay so the Prologue to this book brought me to tears!!
The pain was so tangible that I had to make myself move on to chapter one!

On a side note this was a great editing job no typos

{my thoughts} - I enjoyed this book far more then I thought I was going to. {k. a. last} is a memorable writer in my honest opinion. The characters each have their own individuality. I could easily imagine who was talking and when throughout the dialogue.

{grace} - She’s a very strong willed girl that isn’t afraid to voice her opinion and stand up for what she believes in no matter what the ending consequence may be. She is determined and nothing seems to get in her way, let it be a higher power

I’m not generally a huge fan of YA books. The storyline in most of them are carbon copies of each other with variances only in the settings. So when I started this book, I dreaded the idea of déjà vu. Luckily for me, as I began reading, I was pleasantly surprised by the author’s ability to take your standard YA blueprint and change it just enough to create an exciting and unique paranormal world that stands out as wonderfully different.

Gaaahhhh!!! Finishing Fall For Me has left me desperately anticipating the sequel! This book is a must read for any die-hard YA fans (and romantics!) out there! Angels and vampires are not my 'thing' as a general rule (with the exception of Twilight, of course!), but I was pleasantly surprised by Fall For Me! This delightful, romantic and well-written story puts a different twist on angels and vampires entirely - there were many elements that left me thinking 'wow, that's new' and twists and tur ...more

Love me some Angel stories, doesn’t matter, good or bad bring them on!! Fall For Me was no exception. I loved it! Here is why I enjoyed it….good plot, a strong female character that is bad ass, with a good story flow.

Grace & Archer are twins that look nothing alike. That’s because one is a human and the other is not. The plot and story line, I thought was unique. Yes… there are vampires (not nice ones) then there are angels that protect the humans, (not original) BUT, the way the story is l

I am steadily trying to figure out how anyone could give this book anything less than 5 stars. You'd have to be missing half your damn mind not to love it! But I digress.

K.A. LAST made me cry, she made me laugh, and she made me fall in love with more than one character at a time. I finished reading FALL FOR ME mere seconds ago and I knew I couldn't bear to wait another minute. I had to write this review NOW.

I never know what to expect when there are vampires in a novel but Fall For Me does not disappoint! I was telling a fellow author that K. A. Last has a writing style I have never encountered before as a reader. It was refreshing with smart dialogue and structure. I love reading the POV of several characters about a certain situation. Each chapter follows the thoughts of a character and the situations they are in so instead of chapter headings you have their name. Loved this. I thought this struc ...more

What can I say, I loved reading this book. For the first few pages I thought I was delving into another superficial book about high school students and an epic love between star crossed lovers. While it still delivers its intended young adult content, it also throws in some good surprises. The book fluctuates between the point of view of the two most prominent characters, Grace and Josh. However, the epilogue was beautifully written that it took me by surprise to know who was actually responsibl ...more

Can I add one more star to this one please? Thank you!

So, at first I was not that into it - which is why it took me a while to finish it because once you 'get' it you can't put it down! I don't really know why, maybe because my mind is in vampire/angels overload lately but once you get it OMFG.

I just can't even start to describe all the feels but it went beyond anything I imagined so yeah, I'm so glad to find out that no matter how many of these books I read, there's still something out there t

I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. Honestly, I would've been happy to pay for it. It's that good! When I started reading, I was instantly intrigued and didn't want to put it down.

The plot is awesomely unique. Angels, fallen angels, vampires and humans, all in a battle of good vs. evil. All in high school. There's a love triangle, stolen souls and angels stripped of their wings. Romance, mystery, magic and mayhem, what more can you ask for?

This review will contain some minor spoilers. I don't enjoy writing bad reviews. While in some ways they are easier to write, in others they are much harder. I find it kinda depressing. No one wants to encounter something they don't like. And while it may seem like I am enjoying myself, being snarky or mean in my review, I am truly not. It is the only way I, as a reviewer but most importantly a reader, can let out all the pain and disappointment

Grace was a great character, in specific points of the book especially. One of the best examples is when Grace, a protection angel sent on to Earth for two basic purposes: to protect her brother and to kill vampires, is the person trying to protect a vampire with a white soul, someone she believes to be a good person who doesn't deserve to die, yet her superiors in Heaven tell her that she needs to "release its soul" (or

I was so excited to read this book when I first read the synopsis. It combines two of my very favorite paranormal things: angels and vampires. However, while this book had good moments, overall it just wasn’t what I hoped it would be.

I think my biggest issue was that I just couldn’t really connect with the main characters. Grace was the typical overly tough heroine who has boy issues. Then we have Josh who I just did not like and I really think I w

I really wanted the book to be good because both covers are so breathtakingly beautiful. And fortunately, I wasn't let down. Fall For Me is a wonderful YA fantasy book, expertly written with a plot full of excitement.

Main character is Grace, a protection angel, whose single task it is to aid the Tate family with killing vampires. Each generation she is born as the twin sister of the vampire hunter, yet always stays in contact with the heavenly council through her dreams. She has done this jobs f

Grace Tate is a Protection Angel and her twin brother Archer is a Hunter. By day they are teenagers, about to start their final year of high school, and by night they hunt vampires. When a new girl, Charlotte, starts the school year with them, everything they think they know about vampires and angels comes under question. When Grace falls in love with a human, the Council reminds her of the rules and asks her to go against everything she thought she believed in. Unwilling to do what is asked of ...more

I found Fall For Me to be a very quick read. This was my first time reading a novel that had incorporated both angels and vampires into its storyline, and the result was quite interesting. I also admit that this was my first time reading a noticeably Australian novel, in that I was able to tell that the characters were Australian due to certain vocabulary used (i.e. saying "esky" instead of portable cooler, or "bitumen" instead of asphalt). So not only did I get to picture Australian accents on ...more

Fall For Me is a hidden treasure of a read. I have to say that I loved the cover right away but after reading the story and meeting all the characters the book cover is spot on. Grace only wants to do her job as a protective angel and vampire hunter. It has been what she has done for more years than anyone knows. She begins to question the rules that keep her from becoming a fallen angel after she meets a boy she likes more than she should and a vampire who is different from the others. She has her hands full trying to do what is right even when it goes against what she is told to do. The time has come to make some hard decisions and someone from the past just may have ...more

I was given this book to read for an honest opinion and into Chapter 1, I started and thought oh no, not another book where the characters are going to talk to me. I was pleasantly surprised when I found myself falling easily into the story of Grace and Josh. I didn’t even mind that the every few chapters the book switched between their points of views.
I identified mostly with Grace as in my mind she is the true main character in this particular book. I loved her butt kicking abilities, special

Just finished this book today.
When I started it, I'll admit I thought "not another vampire/angel YA romance set at a boarding school".
But wait...
This isn't VAMPIRE ACADEMY or FALLEN. And I have to say that I, for one, was relieved.
Both of these books are popular enough to have had films done about them, but I liked FALLEN much better.

1) Because the characters were MUCH MORE likable for me.
2) The plot twisted and turned in ways I never expected. In fact, the further I got into the book, the m
