NLP provides a set of tools that allows us to take major steps toward overcoming limitations. The NLP modeling process involves finding out how the brain operates by nalyzing language patterns and nonverbal communication. The results of this annalysis become part of the step by step strategies or programs that may be used to transfer skills to other people and applications.
NLP provides a way to look past the behavioral content of what people do, to the forces behind those behaviors to the stuctures of thought that allow people to perform effectively. NLP provides a framework and a languarge that model the relevant mental strategies used by creative people so that those processes can be communicatied, stimulated and managed in a systematic way. This book examines the structure and principles of creativity to enhance the creativity and productivity of individuals, teams and organizations.

Robert Dilts has been a developer, author, trainer and consultant in the field of neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) since its creation in 1975 by John Grinder and Richard Bandler.

Dilts has made many personal contributions to the field of NLP including the authorship of the Encyclopedia of Systemic NLP. He is best known for his work on beliefs and strategies.

He founded behavioral engineering – a software company with William Hanley as Director in 1981. There he developed numerous education software programs. Math and Spelling Strategy were licensed by Apple Computer as part of its Special Delivery Software.

Thought provoking. Dreaming steps up to a concept for dealing yourself a new life through gaining the understanding of how to change your thought processes and reconstruct new behaviors.
