Loved it......This is the first book I read in high school and I've been hooked since....I get so excited when I read one of her new stories...such an adventure :)
This omnibus contains three of Clark's novels/novellas, the first follows Neeve Kearny, a boutique owner whose best customer is murdered trigging flashbacks to the loss of her own mother years previously. The second tells of a chilling serial killer who leaves his victims with one dancing shoe to replace one of their own, while the third story is an intriguing tale of a woman who uncovers a past life in her quest to find out who she really is. Each story is well told and enjoyable without being too taxing making for an easy read. I prefered the second story in the collection but did find the third one really grew on me as it reached its conclusion.
I found this book in one of the Free Libraries at a Nature walk where I frequently go. It was an older book, and I have always enjoyed Mary Higgins Clark. This book contained several short stories which were good to read, and I enjoyed reading them,
