A fun read that describes a lot of backwards thinking in common beliefs in the world of business. A number of elements here have made me stop and think, "maybe this is why X is doing that odd thing in their business." The best part is that most of this is based on Vermeulen's review of academic literature, though I assume he is throwing in a lot of his own biases here in terms of what he reports..

A good read. Includes many examples from real-life situations which keep you hooked and interested in reading on.

The substance seems somehow diluted, as several ideas are basically repeated throughout the book (not sure if this is a technique to treat the reader like an LBS student and make sure s/he basically memorizes the main ideas by the end of the book) and some paragraphs don't have a real added value and the book could very well do without them.

I assume it is a reading mostly appreciate

The usual American approach to management, between cognitive paradoxes and good sense. The opening "5 monkeys cage" metaphor is a good summary for the book.
