I like this enough that I bought it, and another one of hers. Herbs and essential oils are my current hobby, especially the oils.

This book is very informative. It gives clear descriptions of herbs and gives direction on how to prepare them for both culinary and medicinal purposes. The dye chart is awesome too. I borrowed the title from the library but I will be purchasing this title for my personal library.

This book has a little bit of everything about herbs in it. Cultivating them, storing them, cooking with them, and what each herb can do for your body. I rally liked it and am sure I will use it a million times in the future. Easy to navigate.
