A thorough and easy to understand guide and introduction to the chakras, this also includes lots of diagrams and basic meditations for the beginners. There's also a brief list of further literature for those who wish to delve deeper...

I was looking for an introduction to the energy centers in our body and I was beyond delighted to learn a wealth of information from this book.

I love the way Naomi goes beyond the surface to dissect the meaning of each chakra including the symbols. The meditation at the end of each chapter was enlightening.
