This book is filled with practical, positive, easy to implement ideas to help control depression and anxiety. It isn’t a thick, heavy textbook with a lot of theories. The ideas in this book focus on doing things that help a person who is facing depression build on their natural strengths, reach out to friends and family, and to do other things help a person with depression build momentum for feeling better over time. This is the book I will probably use over and over.
