Hare decided to have a bonfire for Guy Fawkes night and the car in the village shop gets some fireworks for him. These were my favourite books as a child, and I'm a couple of days late, but it was nice to revisit this one.

Not sure this translates culturally. Also, a bit of a mean story.

What a missed opportunity to not write "Guy Fox" at least once!

Fox nearly becomes the Guy..... so nearly, but is chased away by a jumping jack firework. The village cat helps the other animals out by stealing a handful (mouthful) of fireworks.
