What do you think?

The Naked Leader
According to David Taylor - one of Europe's most successful speakers on leadership and personal development - the most important discovery you can make is to discover who you really are. Everything you need to be, anything you want, you already have; there is no right or wrong, there is only what serves you, and what does not; what you think about, you are, what you focus on, you will become; and if you give yourself permission, you will achieve every dream and every ambition you've ever had.
Here, as David Taylor invites you to join him on an amazing journey of discovery, he strips away myth and mystery, hype and jargon to reveal how we can turn dreams into reality by:
* learning to trust ourselves and our instincts - and abandon the external motivations that limit our potential...
* building on our successes to ensure personal development...
* forging deep and lasting relationships both in the work place and in our personal lives...
Inspiring, illuminating and completely practical, The Naked Leader is your passport to personal and professional success - and regardless of your age or circumstances, an incredible journey of discovery to a world of unlimited opportunity.

I am not a huge fan of personal development books but this one is special. I like the way you can read and re-read the book taking into consideration the perspective , it doesn't have the normal flow and this kept me captivated. I've also learned many things about me so I believe is a great book :)

A very useful guide to becoming a leader in your own right. And I haven't laughed so much for a while - the stories and examples are brilliant! Highly recommend.

Very inspiring and thought provoking for me.
It might be one of those books I’ll read once a year to not loose the mindset.

I could only take this about ten pages at a time before I found myself feverently wishing that the author is exposed in The Sun as a wife beater or something. Lucid Dreaming? Taylor, unlike McKenna, has veered more toward the Anthony Robbins school of Live Your Dreams Through Having Enough Money to Fly a Helicopter, Shag a Barbie Wife, Ten Cars, Big Mansion and Be Considerably - Considerably - Richer Than You Are. Oh, and more spiritually aware too. He's another one I secretly want to be found in an exotic brothel, bound by dwarves, exposed in the National Enquirer.

The first and seminal leadership of my life. Bought for me as a Graduate at the turn of 21st century - it was the only leadership book I read for years and became a bible. Reading it again in 2020 is still remains relevant, it was prescient and ahead of its time, how organisations and leaders (everyone) can be the best they can for themselves, their organisations, and the people around them. David Taylor gave the world a gift with this book.
