I know Germany, and I know many travel books. I'm partial to Rick Steve's as he has the same travel style I do, however, I have to give this book 5 stars. It is the ONLY one I've seen cover the Sachsen area outside of Dresden. It includes the previously unknown treasures with which I'm quite familiar. This guide is written in detail, but done in such a way as not to be boring and make you *drift off*. It's a guide I'd actually take with me (and I just don't do that! lol). I'm fairly critical of travel guides, but I'm impressed here. :)
