A brilliant discussion of just what the title says - how to use information, data, and analysis for investment success. The emphasis is on quantitative methods of developing investment strategies and deciding which investments to make. This is invaluable in a subject so often frought with emotion and impulse and irrational behavior. Timothy Hayes's book is considered a classic among investors for its demonstration of how investment can be close to a science, and how ordinary people can use sophisticated techniques of data gathering and analysis to improve their investment results.

This book is now out of print, but is easily obtainable used. The sometimes astronomical prices show the high esteem in which it's held. Shop carefully, and you can get a reasonable price.
