I went into this book thinking it would be better, but I still liked it. In "The Goal and the Glory" by Josh Davis (genre; christianity) there are different prespectives and the stories are amazing but I feel like they're all about the same things. Josh Davis published this book June 2nd, 2008. I actually got to meet him at a swimming camp but I feel like maybe he should have more depth in this book, no pun intended. I enjoyed this book, but not as much as I thought I would have. I met the author of this book, Josh Davis, at one of the swim clinics he was hosted here in Maine. So, at the time, I picked his book up. Each one of these stories shows what challenges the athletes went through and how the got to where they are today.
