Consistently excellent series of guidebooks, unique in that the information is organized geographically as opposed to alphabetically, making it the ideal on-site travel companion.

Brilliant use of colored text to immediately differentiate between restaurant, hotel, shopping, and general information.

I wrote my senior thesis on Richard Saul Wurman and information architecture, and he remains a positive influence on the world we live in--and travel.
