Don't be mislead -- it's not about language. A study in management technique of greatest value to those who have already recognized problems. It will do little without self-reflection.

This book is incredibly repetitive. Maybe it is because it is written for managers who are focused on changing the environment of their company by their own actions alone. I was hoping to read a book on how to speak in the workplace to make it an environment that works for me, but this book is not about that.
