For an engineering project, I had to learn some basics of anatomy. At the library, there are numerous books on the subject, many of which I checked out. And learned a great deal. The problem is, anatomy is an overwhelming subject. The Schaum's Outline gave me an accurate resource, with enough depth to see what is what, but not so much depth that I got lost in detail. I would definitely recommend this books as a good resource for anyone who is studying the subject.
