Essential fundamentals book for learning Maya and a 3-D animator. If you're taking animation, your teacher may teach you straight from this book, but if they don't be sure to READ this book and follow along with all the practice examples. It'll teach you so much on your own and it's a great resource later if you need to brush up on any of the controls or rigging options.
