"Another "Wow!" book!!! Although I red it as part of the training with Karen Ray (one of the book's two authors), it is user friendly and you will enjoy it. Read it... It should inspire you to get working on leading some collaborations of your own.... I did... It was all I needed to improve my work with difficult groups and in my multi-agency collaboration work. Worth every penny and minute you spend... It may also inspire you to bring Karen to your organization..."

Man this thing is a piece of crap.. it lacks the depth of a Dr. Seuss book but is in keeping with a high class coloring book.
