I am not an avid paranormal romance reader. Perhaps I should say I was not an avid paranormal romance reader. I'm probably still more selective than most about this sub-genre, but with books like Fetish being offered up, I believe that more and more paranormal erotica books will find their way onto my bookshelf.

The action throughout this book is fast-paced, the sex is hot and graphically described, but not crudely so. I would have to say that the overall tone of Fetish is sensuous. You will not

Recommends it for: anyone looking to read this sort of thing
Shelves: made-me-laugh
I love cheap porn books that make me laugh. And this one has a few. The chick has image problems, the guy is a vampire/incubus/sort-of-thingy, she gets mad & calls him a butthead. Gotta love it.
This isn't the sort of book that's analyzed for plot(none), grammar or literary potential as it falls strictly under the "one-handed read" genre

From all the glowing reviews, I had to read this book TWICE to make sure I wasn't confused. Same cover, same book - vastly different takes.

As a reader too used to heroines who are strong and self-assured (and frankly I prefer them that way)'Fetish' was like a nasty kick in the gut. Truly, the only saving grace was the hero, Violenti D'Arco, an extremely sexy and wealthy vampire who runs a private sex club called 'Fetish' where NOTHING is off-limits. He finds his soul mate in one of the most unl
I don't have much to say about this book. It was OK for a vamp romance. There were a couple of nice twists to the usual vampire lore, but I felt that the main characters were two-dimensional. I couldn't really get a sense of either one of them. The romance was fine, the sex was fine. It's a quick read.

Oh yeah this is one hell of a read. I absolutely loved Violanti, what a vampire..Aerin is such a lucky lady. This is an amazing journey for one overweigh, middle aged virgin that you have to read to believe. It's a ten on the hottness scale. Highly recommend.

Shelves: erotica
I really didn't have high expectations for this book but was in the mood for some nice erotica with a vampy feel. Well I have to say, I loved this book. Sherri King's character building and her ability to weave a sensuous story was impeccable. Although you are not entirely sure Violanti is a Vampire you suspect is confirmed 1/2 through the book. Ms King's ability to create a dark atmosphere with it out over powering the story was great and I enjoyed the fact that Aerin was no Sports Illus ...more

Aerin Peters believes that she is not good enough to be loved. She thinks that she is fat, mousy and unattractive. Aerin lives in Seattle and works in a small printing company where she goes unnoticed. So the mid life crisis begins...

Aerin Peters is a 47 year old plump virgin with a poor self-image. She is somehow drawn to a club where anything goes for sensual stimulation. Violanti D'Arco takes her under his sensual tutelage and causes a remarkable transformation. The drawback is that Violanti is otherworldly and may demand more for payment than just money. An entertaining light read.

This book is erotica, so if that's not your thing, stop reading.

The title of this book is misleading. The book is about a club called Fetish, but the story isn't about fetishes at all. It's a 47-year-old virgin getting together with a 500-year old vampire/incubus and falling in love after some mindblowing sex. For the genre, it was well written. It's also very short.

No plot, no intrigue, barely any character why 3 stars? It is what it is, a nice little "quicky" read (pun intended) that you know what you're getting going into it and it delivers. Not exactly memorable, but fun all the same.

Oh my Gosh! Talk about sinfully delicious! If Violanti was chocolate cake I would eat him all up, lick the plate and come back for more...Oh Miss King you definitely hit all the right buttons with this hot little number:D

Talk about your purple prose! Ultimately there were some things about this book I really enjoyed, but it was built on a few too many clichés for my taste.

Loved how it made a frumpy self-hating woman out to be a beautiful self-loving woman by the end of the book.
