I picked this book up at a friend's place and started leafing through it while waiting for her to get ready. I only got a few pages in, but the writing style is pretty entertaining.

My favorite tip there was to invite guests once a month so you'll be forced to clean. I might actually do that when I have my own place. It's a different and more urgent motivation if guests are involved. It's funny, but true.

I got this book because I was so busy with going to college full-time, working, and trying to keep my up with all the chores in my house. I absolutely hated this book. The author was very condescending and explained how the reader was doing it wrong and the right way they should be cleaning. She insisted that the reader clean so much more that when I finished the book, I felt like I would never catch up with cleaning. I did come away from the book with one good idea: To clean top to bottom. Don't waste your time!

This book is full of great cleaning ideas to make cleaning easier and less often. I love the index in the back of the book that makes finding the information quicker so this book can be referenced as needed.
