Great part 2

This was a good part 2! I liked the change up in the writing of point of views of different characters! I am on to book 3 and cannot wait to see how cecily and the sisters conquer all the evil in dunlowe and darienne and how they will help with nate.

After falling in love with Julie's writing style, narrative, and plot of The Wild Wood, I quickly jumped at the chance to review the next to books in The Sevens series. Don't ask me why it took me so long to pick up The Downs, but it did and I'm sorry that it did.

I thoroughly enjoyed The Wild Wood, and The Downs was even better. The reader gets to know other characters better in this book and the story unfolds in new directions. Loved this book and am now eager to read the next installment in the sevens series.

Characters other than Cecily are greatly developed in this book-both for good and for evil. The richness of the characters makes me anxious for the next book in the series.
