Robert Wiechmann has been passionately supporting organizations in their desire to change since 2008. His motivation as an independent consultant and coach has always been to inspire people to work together in a value-, people- and customer-centric way. Appreciation and trust are the basis of his work. In addition to his work as a consultant and coach, he also works as a trainer and facilitator. As author and co-founder of the agile community "Agile by Nature", he also helps disseminate the vision of a new way to collaborate together in the world of work.

I was looking for guidance to manage the balance between theory and practicality of the scrum world, that is when I came across "Scrum in der Praxis". The flattering experience which this book gave me about „Scrum in action" and the useful tips and tricks mentioned throughout the whole book enhanced me the way how I looked into Scrum until now. This book also talks about the different facets of any specific agile framework and gets into the necessary insights and ideas. And also if you are looking for a practical companion for your everyday projects as well, I recommend you reading "Scrum in der Praxis.
