I use a lot of different social media sites regularly and would consider myself to be particularly au fait with using them. However, this book has taught me a lot. I sat down with the idea of flicking through it and getting a general idea of what it was all about. I then found several hours later that I had read it cover to cover. I'm keen to recommend this book to any of my clients who want (for themselves or team members) a comprehensive introduction to the world of social media.

All of the major channels are reviewed, from basic operation to use in B2B and B2C - it presents the information clearly and makes good suggestions on action points.
