This isn't a book that I would ordinarily read, but my sis and my mother enjoyed it and asked me to give it a try. I will honestly say I skimmed it, looking mostly for the anecdotes, which were fun, clever, and gave me a few belly laughs. It's a book about the experiences of the author who provides key note addresses and trainings on customer service and motivating the work force, with a heavy Christian message in each chapter. For what it is, it's well done.
