This author words flow like butter on warm toast. I was mesmerized from the very first page. Oh, what a first page that was too. It was a read that wove the ages of time. Bravo for introducing a very strong yet compassionate female character- a woman who was making the best of the crown that she inherited by no design or ambition of her own. Woe is this world that has turned into itself and is suffering at the hands of their own demise this place called Everwind.
Edward Rathke
Read an earlier draft of this. It's an interesting story and is the first look at the ruling class of the Everwind world. It has some truly great scenes where a queen, the protagonist here, must make some serious decisions with heavy consequences.

I'm pretty confident this final version is a great read, so check out the first two subchapters and meet me here, where mayhem lets loose.
