This author did an excellent job of providing many different kinds of helps, lessons she learned as caregiver, and insights for caregivers. Though she can't be specific in many areas because each case is different, she gives good sound advise for dealing with the disabled and infirmed as well as excellent advise for the caregiver's needs.
The information she gives comes from ten years of first hand experience with her husband who had a very rare genetic disease.
Though it is written from a Christian point of view, she does not preach, but offers much real wisdom and information.
I wished I'd had this book when caring for my mother!
