I wanted so much to give a higher "star" rating, yet regrettably I can not do so.

While it does have many, many recipes - the very first one I chose had garlic listed as an ingredient, but no where in the cooking instructions did it mention where one was to incorporate it....I re-read the instructions 3 times and never found it. (This is an editor's job for sure - clearly Carrie needs to find a new one.) I have made risotto previously, so I knew what to do with the garlic and it was a easy and de
