I wish there were pictures for all the dishes and recipes. I decide what I want to cook (and eat) with my eyes. The recipes itself are pretty basic and I feel like missing some ingredients I also wish there was the Thai translation for the food names.
I wish there were pictures in the book. That aside, it is a basic, easy-to-use Thai cookbook that gives one basic recipes for Tom Yum Soup and Pad Thai noodles, and numerous other luscious must-try and make kosher recipes.
I added one to my home library it looked so good! And with summer coming... I cannot wait to try this Thai cookbook. In fact, I grow my own Thai basil, lemongrass, and Asian eggplants, along with napa cabbage, daikon and Thai chilis. (Yes, Petunia, they ARE hot! Ha ha ha!)
