The 2006 season of the New Orleans Saints was truly uplifting for my family and me along with fans all over New Orleans and the Gulf Coast. After a year of plodding recovery from Hurricane Katrina, the Saints miracle run to the NFC Championship gave beleaguered survivors a happy diversion and a source of hope.
