The best "back to basics" book about having and managing a company.
It doesn't go much into deep, but it covers all main aspects in a clear, concise and useful way.

The bad: nothing, really.
The good: an interesting book on management with the specific viewpoint of an executive for executives, covering everything from strategy to hiring to accounting to everything else. Very interesting.

Think about the big picture. Focus on what matters. Strategic thinking. Where are you now? And where do you want to be.
