Recommends it for: anthropologists, epidemiologists...or just people who drink water.
I've been reading this off and on over the last year. Recently it has helped me re-spark my ongoing interest in this topic and has helped me in writing this grant proposal. The two people who reviewed it on the back cover also happen to be two heroes of mine.
