Incredible book so far and very relevant to today's mindset and pharma culture. He writes in a pretty snarky/sarcastic tone which is funny and easy to read. I appreciate the passion behind the words and hope I can convince my husband to read this next. Great for anyone looking for a good reference to healthy eating and living from an actual doctor and not just "broscience" like Bulletproof Executive
