So, we learn that eagles are not the third man shifters but that birds instead will be the focal point.

These guys have a different conflict to overcome then the first group. They don't fight being together but instead have trouble talking it out and compromising their lives to be together. Jude, having watched the first three struggle with that, quickly puts that aside and really trys to make it work and not take over.

Though I originally thought it would be bear and wolf cubs coming together, I like that this is expanded to more species. I'm looking forward to a possible new species mix in the next book.. though the end of this book did kind of seem more like an end of the series type by the followup on this book's characters.

The last of the series and I like it. This one was cute and I found their trouple dynamic interesting. I loved how they all were different shifters and that somehow defined their personalities and the paper that they play in the relationship
