I really loved this masterfully written collection of short stories. At first, I had a difficult time connecting with the male narrators (I prefer female protagonists), but I just went with it, letting myself be swept up in the language and the characters' interior thoughts. I chose this book because I had a chance to meet Robert Day at a book festival in Charlottesville, VA.
