Love this book, you can practice the light healing alone, but if you are involved in energy healing this will come as a completion that will help you more and get better results, just to use your imagination with the right light color can do so much , I have tried a few methods, it gives you so much peace and harmony , even if you don't want to practice it great book to learn more things in healing.
