I really enjoyed this book. It was comical, and witty and the way she described things, events and people made it entertaining to read.

Fast, pact and fun

A good plot, sympathetic characters, and simply a lot of fun. If you like your books light-hearted, witty and with a bit of an edge, you'll enjoy this immensely.

Nori fled her uptight hometown and ended up in New York City. When she thought her life was going pretty good in one day her life was turned upside down and her hometown seemed to suddenly be at her door with the arrival of her mom at the worse possible moment. Feeling overwhelmed Nori turned to Gertie whose advice sent her on a totally new discovery of who she was and where she was headed while her mom found a new meaning for her life at the same time.
I liked this book but i would have liked their to be more of Nori and less of Connie.

From the back cover of the book you wouldnt know (like me) that its told in Connie and Nori's point of view ubtil you read the book. I guess it gives people a suprise and it was actually good having her point of view as well, i just wanted their to be more about Nori.

I just didn't really care for this book. I don't like how it constantly switches from Nori, to Connie, to Gertie. I finished it but I find it a little boring and think it's a little cheesy.
