This book was more than I expected , when you travel a journey with an author that grows with each book its an amazing thing. This book is so much more than a Mob romance book. Sienna Mynx showed us everything we needed to see ,to know why things happened as they did and kept me on the edge the whole time. I never knew what would happen next, I Loved the conversation between Fabina and Mira and Eve is just a cute as ever. The sisters were the stars of this book, sorry Gio you know I love you but ...more

La Famiglia is book 4 in the Bataglia Mafia Series and it did not disappoint! Mynx brings the heat in a serious way among the three main couples and there is action, conflict, and some resolution to many of the problems that have been building over the last three books. There are snakes in the Battaglia garden and we all know that there are no limits to what Gio, the Capo di tutti capi, will do when it comes to protecting the Eden he wants for his family. Is it wrong of me to find Gio's aggressi ...more

This was a tale of epic proportions, and worth the time it took to read every last one of its 621 pages. When I saw the page count I thought this couldn't be right, but indeed it is, and all those pages are needed. This was a complete story from beginning to end. The root of what went down, how it went down, and why it went down is explained in complete detail, and absolutely nothing was left out. I thought this would be the last of the series, but low and behold we have another treasure that aw ...more

This is Don Giovanni Battaglia and Donna Mira's Story! In their team is Mariatta/Lorenzo Battaglia and Dominic/Catalina Battaglia. This is team Battaglia for me and anyone who tries to get in-between any of their relationships (Carlo, Rosetta) are the enemy as far as I am concerned. This series just keeps getting better and better. I loved this Chapter in the Series, it included, love, hate, murder, betrayal, madness, intrigue, sadness and sickness. All the elements of an emotional roller coaste ...more

My Goodness...........

So much happened in Book 4 of the Battaglia series, questions answered, new questions arise. Love, Betrayal, Forgiveness and Reconciliation.

Gio and Mira strong as individuals a force to be reckoned with together. My heart beat fast, it seized and stopped. I felt as if I was on a roller coaster (which I absolutely hate them by the way LOL)the ride seemed never ending.

What will happened with Lorenzo, Marietta, Carlo, Dominic, Catalina, Armando, Santo and Isabella? There is a

As someone who had major issues with Book 3, I approached this book with some trepidation. I actually bought it the day it was released, and then kept bypassing it on my kindle cause I just wasn't ready to deal with it possibly pissing me off. I started, stopped, read other books, but once I made up my mind to just go whole hog, MAN, was I rewarded. This book was awesome and crazy and crazily awesome. I really enjoyed it. I saw a couple of my friends have it on their reading lists as DNF (did no ...more
OMG, SHE does it again! Sienna Mynx is the! This was another great installment in a kick-ass series. The Battaglias, as usual, were most certainly off the chain in this one. Lorenzo and Marietta are perfect together. The two reckless hot heads burn up the pages. Mira and Gio, of course, were tumultuous in their loving and arguments. The deceptions that were revealed had me on the edge of my seat. (view spoiler) ...more

Before I get started with this review, let me say this book is long. It is 600 plus pages. I want to thank Sienna Mynx for that. She could have easily done what so many authors do and split this book up into multiple books. But she didn't - thank God for that. She gave us a wonderful story that kept us entertained for days - if you read it slowly like I tried but failed to do. :)

Wow, once again Miss Mynx has come through with a wonderful addition to the Battaglia story. This is the fourth book i

Wow! What can I say about this book? Ah, It was a long but interesting tale with little to almost no action. It tells a story of lies and deceit and a family in crisis with one woman holding it together by a thread. Giovanni, a complicated character, who throws murderous tantrums, has a love, self-hate going on. When things or people don't fall in line, he lashes out at everyone including the heroine in this book. I am one who love to read fantastic love scenes but this was definitely an over ki ...more

astonoshing. astounding . amazing. wow.
The storyline from the start just drew me in.
Surprises and surprises all over. i was waiting with bated breath to see what would happen at the turn of each page.

Still loving this series. Each book is good enough to stand alone, but together it is powerful! Mira and Giovanni, the Don and his Donna are the glue holding the family together. Lorenzo and Marie, mirror images of each other, fighting hard, loving harder are the perfect compliment for their Don/Donna. Catalina and Dominic, the love that was forbidden but survived in secret until forced in the open. I can't wait until the next installment comes out.

Giovanni is a "messed up" mafia king. His father was messed up. He needs serious counseling. He thinks that he owns humans and that they belong to him. Everyone will do as he says or die. His wife needs more of a backbone. The book is interesting and well written. Read the entire series.

36% and surely there can't be any more build up than this. My heart is racing! Sienna Mynx is turning the screws so hard I'd chew my nails like an Acme cartoon if I could. Oh the lies! Usually I'm frustrated by how dumb some heroes or heroines act. The Battaglias have too much brain power. They strategise and lie so much they've tied themselves into frickin' pretzels! I can't wait to see how she unravels this! Not even her perpetual grammatical issues with present and past tense can mess with th ...more
Oh my gosh! Where does it end!? There is just too much with this story, but I am still loving it. How can we keep seeing the Don make foolish decisions for his Donna? What about Mira’s mental unraveling mental state? How about Mira’s twin sister that is unknown to her still even though she is traveling with that sexy cousin of the Don Battaglia, Lorenzo? How does Lorenzo keep dodging bullet after proverbial bullet? What is up with Carlo and Marietta? Who is Don Mancini and what will he do to get ...more

I enjoyed the narration of La Famiglia. The love scenes revealed a profound love between Mira and her husband, Giovanni. I admired the love, respect, and cohesion in the family nucleus.

The story was broadened to include Mira’s sister, Marietta, and her relationship with Lorenzo.

Marietta doesn’t want anyone telling her what to do or not to do. She had a free existence until she met Lorenzo. I believe Marietta and Lorenzo filled the gaps in their unhappy existence. They fell in love. I liked the

La Famiglia has the most exciting twists and turns in this series so far. OMG! I absolutely am enjoying myself. I mean, yes, both Marietta and Mirabella get on my nerves at times, especially Marietta, but I get it. Both come from such dysfunction in their lives and this is why they are the way they are and thus, have the ability to love such men as Lorenzo and Giovanni. But wow, the heat between Marietta and Carlo is pretty juicy. I am excited to see if this gets explored more in the future inst ...more

Still enjoyed the story but...

Mira got annoying. Everyone's crazy behaviour became almost childish. I don't remember the other books being like this but I still enjoyed this enough to want to not give up and read the next book. I still liked Giovanni. His character stayed consistent and strong. Mira's sister is another whole bag of crazy. The progression of all the relationships made sense. A good series but a so so book.

Sienna, I love you girl !!!!!

After waiting months for this book to come out I am so pleased . Sienna you outdid yourself. And after watching all your diva pen videos and keeping your fans updated on this book, we are so thankful. Onto the book I am a bit biased because Giovanni can do no wrong to me. This is a thriller and itself and the series gets better and better every book. #teamgio

This book was absolute PERFECTION!! It is hands down the best book in the series so far. There was drama, lots of romance and a few surprises thrown in. I felt like I was watching an action packed movie. The dialogue and descriptions were really on point. Kudos to you Ms. Mynx. I can't wait to read the next in the series.

He did mama wrong

Hopefully Mira is more understanding of her role in the family going forward. Her sister is a hot head and Domi is right. Mira will need her to pull on her Donna pants. And why in the world is James still in jail... Can anybody hook him up with a good lawyer or time served?

Wanting to know what's next

Goo and Mira are made for each other. They are both stubborn to a tee. I don't like how Mira handled the situation with finding out about her sister, knowing that she was on bed rest from her doctor. As this story unfolds I am so drawn into it.
